High Quality Resin Trap for Ion Exchanger

The resin trap is applied to the outlet of the ion exchanger to prevent the resin from leaking into the debrine system due to the failure of the exchanger outlet device. This product is made of stainless steel material, can also be selected according to user requirements.

At present, most of the resin traps used in China are multi-hole cylindrical outsourcing polyester nets. In operation, the filter is often attached to the wall of the cylinder, causing hole blocking and high resistance. Moreover, the polyester nets are easily damaged during operation, and the resin leaks into the brine removal system. The resin trap produced by the company overcomes the above shortcomings, and the internal filter element adopts stainless steel trapezoidal wire winding tube, which has high capturing efficiency, large flow area, good mechanical strength and low pressure. Inside this product is stainless steel wire wound filter element clearance of 0.1-0.25mm. Material SUS304 or 316L for safe operation of subsequent equipment.
